Oh lordy, lord.
Thank god other people did recaps because I’m am still pretty much dying too much to use my words. No really. I lost my voice and I’ve been screeching at everyone. It’s bad news bears.
Here’s all I’ve got… my faves, in no particular order.
- Cavy, Jenn and I welcoming Matt to the airport by putting on an impromptu concert complete with Miley Cyrus music and a computerized sign.
- Receiving the most lovely/hilarious personalized champagne glasses from Lilu.
- Warpainting each other at the bar.
- Seeing a very pregnant woman boozing it up. It gives me hope for the world.
- Meeting so many bloggers for the first time and not hating them even one bit.
- Finally having a dance-off with franco beans
- Tequila shots galore with Matt. AND out-drinking him.
- Watching horrible awesome TV shows and insisting on quoting them for the rest of the weekend. From Always Sunny, “SALT THE SNAIL” and “INTERVENTION” and a countless number of obnoxious sayings from The Rachel Zoe Project. I die. Brad. Brad. Brad. Brad. Brad. It was LIT-RALLY BEYOND.
- Having actual salt fights during every meal.
- Being serenaded by my lovely bride and then turning the tables on her for her own performance.
- Announcing to the bar that we were getting married 40000 times. And then telling them how excited I was to have sex for the first time.
- Stuffing 6 people in the hotel room for the after party where I was too drunk to even open a bottle of wine. It was probably for the best.
Thank you so much to everyone who flew, drove, walked, segwayed to the party. Actually, if you segwayed we should probably NOT be friends.
Thank you so much for all of the amazing gifts. We walked away with the most beautiful personalized goblets, hilarious books, shot glasses, firefly vodka, and a cat snuggie for this guy:
But more important than the gifts are the amazing memories of the weekend. Guys, I can’t remember having this much fun over a 3 day period EVER.
It was BEYOND. Thanks to the wifey I have this list of guests in attendance. If we missed you let me know.
